Though Notifier2 does all it claims to do, that is nothing compared to the product support. Obviously, any program needs to go through changes as the programs it supports go through changes. What amazes me is the caring and prompt support provided for this program. Any glitch I present to them is quickly debugged, with an immediate fix placed on the site for everyone to use. To top it off, I am using the free program, not the paid one. It is so unheard of and refreshing to get this type of personal service from any company nowadays. I find Notifier 2 to be particularly useful as a means of creating off-site, on the fly, backups of documents that I am working on by copying and right clicking the icon - an e mail is sent to the default account
- in my case gmail - containing the clipboard contents - this way I store revisions which are automatically time stamped. Glyn from UK
